Mary joined the Bandwidth team in February 2011 with the acquisition of dash Carrier Services. At dash Mary was responsible for Operations which included Customer Support, Implementations, Network Engineering and Product Development. Prior to her work at dash Carrier Services, Ms. Tuten has held such management and executive management roles as; Vice President of Service Delivery at VIXXI Solutions a leading–edge nationwide E911 provider; Vice President of Operations Support at Telwares a provider of telecommunications spend management solutions; Director of International Operations and executive committee member of Compaq Direct – the America’s direct fulfillment arm of Compaq (now Hewlett Packard). Mary’s extensive experience in operations includes: departmental p&l responsibility; management of large and geographically diverse teams; driving significant improvements in process; quality documentation of work flow, policy and procedure; obtaining measured increases in customer satisfaction; considerable success reducing operational expenses; export service and compliance (with U.S. Export regulations.), inventory and vendor management.
Ms. Tuten was awarded a Bachelors Degree from the University of Montana and enjoys travel, skiing and camping with her husband and three boys.
